Orders take 3-5 days to process.

Once your package is placed in the possession of the United States Postal Service, Sweatcute will not be held responsible for any packages lost in transit or if your package has been confirmed via USPS as delivered.  SweatCute is not responsible for lost or STOLEN packages.

We offer a 10-days Return & Exchange Policy

  • We have a 10-day Return & Exchange Policy, from the day the item was delivered.

  • All items can be EXCHANGED for store credit only.  

  • To be eligible for a returns, goods must be unused, present no stains/ deodorant residue and  undamaged.  Failure to provide your information will delay processing.

  • Customers are strongly recommended to get insurance when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.

  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.

  • When returned item is received and inspected, the customer will receive a store gift card.
